Serenity Resort & Spa Mirissa, Mirissa

I had high hopes for my stay at Serenity given its beachside location, but it fell short in a few areas. The rooms were comfortable and thoroughly clean, making for a restful sleep, but I was a bit frustrated with the service, particularly during dinner. The dining experience had its highs and lows, and while the breakfast was decent, the dinner service blew my expectations. Overall, it’s a mixed bag, especially for the price.

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing due to misleading photos and a lack of proper amenities. While the building was spacious, the atmosphere didn't feel welcoming, and the busy road out front made access to the beach unsafe. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it didn't live up to expectations, leaving us looking for alternatives nearby.
